Dato’ Mohd Rashid Abdul Wahab
Dato’ Mohd Rashid served 29 years in the Army prior to his early retirement in 1999. His expertise is in the field of ammunition and explosive and had received his formal training at Royal Military Collage of Science United Kingdom (now known as Cranfield University).
In year of 2000 he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of SME Ordnance, the only ammunition factory in Malaysia. He spent 11 years as CEO of the company and retired in early July, 2011. He was an active member of Malaysian Defence Industry Council, Enforcement and Security ( MIDES ) during his tenure as CEO of SME Ordnance.
